Founded in 1941 in the heart of the growing Balwyn North community, we at North Balwyn Baptist Church pride ourselves on fostering a vibrant community of over 20 nationalities who seek to love and inspire one another in faith.

Growth Groups are the life of NBBC and meet on various days throughout the week to share a meal, apply God’s word, and keep in touch with one another.
Our Playgroups, run by a qualified educator, is a great place for children ages 0-5 to learn and socialise with other children from the community!
If you are in need of prayer, we have a dedicated Prayer Team on standby to pray for you. Prayer requests are submitted via email to the Prayer Team.

We have a number of groups run in Chinese led by our Associate Pastor of Chinese ministries to cater to the growing asian community in Balwyn North.
Big faith starts small! Our Kids Church team runs programs every Sunday during the school term for kids from Kinder to grade 9.Â

At NBBC we support a number of local and international Missionaries who are working to share the gospel and give back to their communities.Â
Ignite (gr 3-6) and Catalyst (gr 7-12) gathers weekly on Fridays during the school term and is a great space to learn God's Word with peers!Â
Financial giving is one way that you can partner with our ministry and mission. This can be done via online giving or physical giving during the service.
